  If selected from the audition process, the next step for the candidate is a private consultation and review.  Artist and Managing Agent work collaboratively to design a specific strategy and marketing plan best suited for you to present yourself for Main Stage auditions.  Many times, Resume rework is involved.  Strengths and weaknesses are discussed and steps recommended bringing the artist to Performance level quality.  This may include recommended workshops or boot camps, specialized coaches or teachers for you to work with to bring you to the level you seek, and one that we can represent.
 
  Once signed to a Representative Contract, you come under our personal care.  We will show you how to run the business of you with simple accounting practices.  We will arrange audition appointments for you, help you with audition preparation and wardrobe, and handle contracts and negotiations.  We will work within your budget to arrange transportation and lodging.  Help with Visas and Passports, handle contracts, help locate apartments and rooms to rent in the major European centers as an alternative to hotels, as well as set audition tours for the United States, Europe, and South America.  You will have full access to our referral pool for coaches, teachers and accompanists, all at reduced rates.  You will be mentored and cared for.  
  
  We are unique in the fact that we offer the position of partnership; with our talent, with Opera houses and venues.  We each have a vested interest in each others success.  So rather than bill for the numerous expenses which are incurred directly and indirectly, we simply ask each singer to contribute $45 a month.  This covers the costs of mailings, insurance and staff to support and submit you.  This includes all of the above as well as entering you into our data base, résumé writing, flight and hotel bookings.   
 
All services are designed to handle the many facets of the busy professional, designed to help the singer and bring them to their highest form of artistry.  RP Talent receives no money in any form for its referral system.
