RP Talent Management …is a community of talented individuals including agents for representation, managers of services, conductors, directors, teachers and coaches, all  brought together with the common goal of dedicating ourselves to the singer's business, so the singer can focus on singing.

  It is a taking of the hand experience, offering complete referral services, as well as reduced rates to the very best Voice teachers, performance coaches, diction and language coaches available.

  We have gone through great pains to save the performer time and money by sifting through the many that populate this business, to put you in front of the very best... whose names are recognized as luminaries accomplished in this business.

For The Singer....

As there are as many different levels of singers as there are voice types, we have different placement programs based on your individual needs.  While some are ready for a Level II or Level I audition, others will require more stage experience in a smaller venue.  Some are content with the professionals they are working with, and some know that there is something just not right.

  We begin with each individual in private consultation, and assess the Artists'  progress with vocal, language, stage, business, marketing, and managerial status.  Together, we define areas that need improvement and deliver a wealth of resources and offer insights to make the necessary adjustments and betterments, giving the Artist the tools to get their career up and running.

  It is our goal that every Artists we work with is successful, with a plan and the resources to do so.   Unless there is a significant amount of Main Stage experience, prior to being represented, each Artist will be asked to undergo a boot camp of sorts; An intensive 3 or 4 day experience of working with Directors, coaches, Conductors, Drama experts, and musicians so we can better determine ability under pressure.    This assures the houses that we send you to for audition, a level of professionalism that gives them the security to hear our singers without reservation.

  In conjunction with this, we offer contiguous workshops that the Artist may take advantage of to bring their skill levels to performance quality.

  We arrange audition tours, travel arrangements, help with accommodations, contract procurement and negotiation, legal referral, accounting help, help with Visas and passports and virtually all aspects of your career so you may focus on your Artistry.

For The General Manager or Artistic Director of the House...  

  The clients we represent are the result of a thorough search and audition process.  Much like your own process, they are first selected for their performance skills.  But we have found as we are sure you have, that this is an initial telling only.  All candidates are put through a seris of Masterclasses with the most prominent names at The Metropolitan Opera.  The heat is turned up under the tutelage of teachers, directors, coaches and conductors.  Only after this trial by fire are they represented by us.
